Although it is a seldom occurrence we will gladly accept returns, all we ask is that a few conditions be met before hand to
prevent any abuse or unnecessary returns which can become costly for everyone in the long run!
Items that are normally stocked may be returned within 30 days of receipt
If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase you may return it for a refund.

Defective items may be returned for exchange only!
We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product.
We do not issue refunds for defective items, only exact replacements.
We do NOT issue "call tags", Return shipping is the consumers responsibility.
Shipping is non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made.
We do not accept returns on special order items unless they are damaged in transit
If items were shipped in error we will pay for return charges, and waive any restocking fees
However, if Sisken Sales shipped your order per your specifications but you still wish to return item for any other reason,
all return shipping charges and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility, and a 25% re-stocking fee will
apply
