WHY AM I BEING CHARGED $2.50 FOR USING PAYPAL?
We continue to offer PayPal at the request of some customers who prefer this method of payment but
PayPal fees have become exuberant and in order to maintain low prices we must pass along part of this fee to our customers who use
PayPal, Plus this is also an excellent incentive for customers to pay directly using Mastercard or Visa. Everything we do saves us
money which allows us to continue to offer quality RV merchandise at discounted prices.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. They have proven to be the most economical company
while providing excellent service. All orders are insured against damage or loss
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) depending on the time of year. This applies to in-stock
items such as awning mats or sunscreens (unless otherwise noted). With our ever growing online catalog we cannot stock all products,
however most items are still able to be shipped within 3-5 days. Incase of a backordered item you will be contacted via
email
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you place your order you will receive an automated email which will include a link which you
can check the status of your order
ARE RV MAT SIZES SHOWN THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THE MATS?
All Snowbird RV Awning mats sizes are listed as closely as possible however these are randomly woven
and sizes may fluctuate by as much as 6" or even more between mats. The same also applies for the color, color runs can differ and
may look different when mats are laid side by side
MY STORAGE BAG IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
Please note that as of April 2010 we are no longer including the free vinyl
storage bag as the quality of the bags does not meet our standards. If possible we
will try to include a bag but we cannot guarantee every mat will come with a bag. This primarily effects RV mat bags and not our sunscreens.
